This truly sucks and I'm pissed. Definitely thinking about changing carriers!!!

I've gone from recommending Ting MANY years ago to not wishing them on my worst enemy. They're not worth the phone call, because they give you any answer just to get rid of you, and you end up worse off!!
I was passed around 6 times in 3 phone calls within 2-3 hours. I was told I needed a new SIM card when I tried to explain my problem. That was a lie; it changed nothing but further messed things up. They just wanted to pass the buck.
All 6 employees talked right over me until I asked if I could finish my sentence. None of the 6 employees answered my questions; male or female, they were all rude, condescending, short-tempered, and quick to give the wrong solution because they didn't want to listen to you. The first guy tried to help me with a SIM card installation, kept repeating himself over everything I was trying to tell him, and got off the phone without activating the card!! If they got too crabby, they put themselves on hold, and you had to wait until they were ready to resume.
If you don't know what needs to be done to make your phone functional, don't count on them to tell you!! Not ONE said anything about setting up your settings after a new SIM card. I asked the last woman about a second number, and she told me I could check it out! Didn't I just ask you a valid question?
I will leave Ting as soon as I'm ready unless they fix my phone immediately.
How they have changed. Only call them if you have a phone that works fine, and you just feel like getting treated like dirt.

Preferred solution: I want my phone to work like it did before I had to contact them. I lost the chance to apply for a job, because the company couldn't verify my mobile number.

Lost phone call. There is a problem with the television buffering we need to have it resolved so we can watch without constant interruptions

International data- POOR customer service
Im currently traveling in Canada and despite having all international roaming options activated it doesnt work. Ive spoken on the phone six times with customer service who have all assured me it will work.
One agent said it doesnt work in parts of Canada and said I should buy a local SIM card. Ting formerly had excellent customer service but now the agents are absolutely clueless.
Ive had issues with international data roaming in Argentina, Mexico, Netherlands, Estonia, and the UK, but in Canada?
Before I make my next international trip Ill be finding a new carrier because this is unacceptable.
