International data- POOR customer service
Im currently traveling in Canada and despite having all international roaming options activated it doesnt work. Ive spoken on the phone six times with customer service who have all assured me it will work. One agent said it doesnt work in parts of Canada and said I should buy a local SIM card. Ting formerly had excellent customer service but now the agents are absolutely clueless. Ive had issues with international data roaming in Argentina, Mexico, Netherlands, Estonia, and the UK, but in Canada? Before I make my next international trip Ill be finding a new carrier because this is unacceptable.
