No me está aspirando, se para y deja de trabajar. La limpio y sigue igual, como que no tiene fuerza.

Its not charging
Handle is coming out.
Not complete the auto clean cycle .
Have to put on the charge again and again but still not work.

I received a vac as a gift. I don't know when I received the gift; I just opened it up about a month ago.
I don't know when or where my deceased friend purchased it. He responded, saying they were waiting on my information. I informed him that he would never get it.
I just want my missing part for free, or I am willing to pay for it. He responded, saying they will send me the part that I'm missing.

This is the second tineco wet/dry vac Ive bought and its doing the same thing. It puts out water but wont suck it back up.
I would like to have it fixed or a refurbished machine.
Ive paid a lot of money for these because the reviews and feedback were good. I havent had much luck so please help me

Hi
I bought my Tineco cleaner new from EBay. After about 18mths the cleaner failed to pick up because of a split hose.
Unable to get it repaired locally I decided to contact Tineco direct only to find that if you arent able to show purchase they will not sell you spares therefore my expensive machine is going to be scrapped because of their policy. To say I am pissed is an understatement

My Tineco s3 not working
I called the customer service because my technical is three is not working it says call customer service and turn it on and it turn off and it says that empty the dirty water and fill up the 10th and the fill in the dirty water tank is empty and the and the clean water is good but it still saying that and it just turn off I called customer service the customer service I think he didnt know what was I was talking or what was he was doing because he always told me I will leave them in the ground cover I will leave no and I told him I need to know for seriously oh for sure that is going to happen and how long is gonna happen Im gonna send back my machine and Im gonna be out of the machine how much time and he told me the only two weeks hopefully these come its true
