Tinder blocked access to a lady that showed interest in meeting with me.

Tinder block me from communicating on their platform with a lady who willing showed interest in meeting with me all because i offer my cell phone number to her on line. If that is an against tinder policy I didn't know it. Is there any chance I can regain access to this lady since we were planning on meeting for dinner?

Banned for no reason without adequate explanation

Was a free member of Tinder for a few yrs Upped membership by paying for Gold One month Decided I didnt want ongoing 45.00 charge thus went to Verizon store to solicit help on how to end the membership at end of Sept They showed me what to do The screen said I had until Oct 10th to use this membership however after that day at Verizon end of Sept Tinder never showed Me again I sent a message to them asking for money back I tried swiping men I liked But then I received a notice that I was banned. My profile is very modest Im sure whatever I did was inadvertent But Tinders failure to advise me why and how I get back to us is a violation of my rights Furthermore I cant reactivate my match membership as my email isnt allowed. I may consult attorney.
