Contacted Tinder several times regarding site issues with no response whatsoever. Worst app. Will be deleting and not returning

Banned for no reason without adequate explanation
- - Used Tinder Gold for one month.
- - Verizon guided me to end; screen showed Oct 10.
- - Banned after refund; reactivation blocked by email.
Was a free member of Tinder for a few yrs
Upped membership by paying for Gold
One month
Decided I didnt want ongoing 45.00 charge thus went to Verizon store to solicit help on how to end the membership at end of Sept
They showed me what to do
The screen said I had until Oct 10th to use this membership however after that day at Verizon end of Sept
Tinder never showed Me again
I sent a message to them asking for money back
I tried swiping men I liked
But then I received a notice that I was banned.
My profile is very modest
Im sure whatever I did was inadvertent
But Tinders failure to advise me why and how I get back to us is a violation of my rights
Furthermore I cant reactivate my match membership as my email isnt allowed.
I may consult attorney.
