Talk about the boots I bought a week ago
- - Boots bought 2 weeks ago fell apart.
- - I request a refund for both pairs.
- - These two pairs failed after light use.
Your boots I bought 2 weeks ago fell apart. Mine and my fiancé's.
I would like a refund on both pairs. I've bought multiple boots from y'all and they are still good, but these two pairs are trash and I've only worn mine 3 times.
Preferred solution: Full refund

I received my order and they are way too big, and I want to return them. I have been calling and emailing for a week, and I have gotten no response.
I am beyond frustrated with this company.
I love the design of the boot, but they are, again, way too big! I will be calling the BBB on them to report this as fraud.

Terrible quality boots
- - First pair lasted under a year; soles wore, interior fell apart.
- - Replacement lasted ~1.5 years; same issues; price over $300 not acceptable.
My first pair lasted less than a year before the soles wore down to nothing, the interior fell apart, the pad peeled back. I gave them benefit of the doubt and they kindly sent me another pair for just the shipping cost, well a year and a half with these ones and same thing, the soles are down to nothing and the entire pad inside has come apart.
Don’t charge over $300 for boots that fall apart, my last 4 pairs of Ariat boots have held up just fine over several years. The funny thing is I actually work and ride in my Ariat boots and I just wear the tin haul boots for my day to day office job and out and about.
- Nice looking boots
- Poor quality
Preferred solution: No idea
Not pleased!!!
We purchased a pair of boots in May 2018 and the heels are already coming off. My husband only wears them on special occasions so they are not wore everyday.
