Timothy Parlatore - Attorney Review from Clifton Park, New York

Timothy PAYNE Parlatore is the most unscrupulous and ineffective attorney! He started his career by changing his name to bait and switch the system into allowing him to be an attorney. That's the kind of man he is....Parlatore hadn't won and he'll take your money and run! His clients get jail time more than acquittals but he gets paid either way. Don't say you weren't warned.., He should be disbarred! Check how many disciplinary complaints in file!

Timothy Parlatore is a LIAR!!!! Attorney New York

Timothy Parlatore ADMONISHED by the DDC I hired Timothy Parlatore for a criminal case in Suffolk County for a drug charge. Tim Parlatore asked for 15000 dollars 10000 in GREEN CASH ONLY and 5000 upon completion. I gave him 10000 dollars in cash and he did not give me a retainer agreement or any written receipt. Timothy Parlatore was the most unprofessional Attorney and the rudest individual I have ever worked with. He turned down a 3 month in a rehab without informing me. At the end of the case I had to do 1 year in PRISON and 1 year Post release. On the day of my setancing Mr Parlatore asked for a 10000 dollar bail Assignment and when I refused and only wanted to pay him the 5000 that was due, he tried to EXTORT me m telling me that he would not represent me and would ask the judge to be remove from the case. DO NOT TRUST THIS MAN!! He never gave me one thing in writing! No correspondence at all!!! He acted like he was hiding the 10000 green cash that I gave him!!! Just found out from the site and this guy is using a fake name for business. His real name was Timothy Payne (Tim Payne). I expected to do business with a real honest individual but turns out this individual was not only a liar about his real name but just the most unprofessional attorney. Don't ever do business with this attorney. RUNNNN!!!!!! Tim Parlatore is not the attorney you want to use trust me on this. Paul B

Tim was hired to represent me at parole hearings for a trumped-up charge of war crimes when I was in the military and a non-profit was paying him to get me out and I would hear nothing from the parole office and when I would ask them about it they were telling me that I never even applied when everything was on his shoulders he would tell me that he filed the petition for parole take the nonprofit's money but in reality nothing was ever submitted and this is based off foia request

Timothy Parlatore is the MOST unscrupulous attorney practicing today. He has a trend, as proven in the case of Joseph Tacopina v Bernard Kerik defamation case (1:2014-cv-00749) and Dara DAddio v Bernard Kerik (1:2015-cv-05497) of defaming the Plaintiff in public.

Perhaps that's because Mr. Parlatore has no real skills as an attorney.

Timothy Parlatore whose real name was changed from Timothy Payne (trying to cover up a prior tangle with reckless driving and police earlier in his life) should be sanctioned, if not disbarred. He's a disgraceful attorney and a horrible human being...with all apologies to human beings

This review is completely untrue and is the latest in a series of attempts made by Paul J. Brennan to extort me for money.

This particular review actually appears to be a reprint of a report that was already posted on another website, but was quickly removed, after I provided the site managers proof that Paul Brennan, the poster, had lied about these claims.

I am a criminal defense attorney and I represented Paul Brennan when he was charged with an A-II felony of selling a large quantity of drugs to an undercover police officer. Following his arrest, he gave a full written confession. Given his prior felony record (http://nt.gmnews.com/news/2006-06-28/Bulletin_Board/046.html), he was facing a mandatory sentence between 6 and 14 years in prison. I was able to get him an amazing plea offer for one year, which he took.

In fact, given the weight of the drugs, as well as the strength of the evidence against him, his plea hearing was delayed because the prosecutor wanted to call his supervisor to verify that this low offer wasn't a mistake. Once the offer was confirmed, Mr. Brennan pleaded guilty and testified under oath that he was completely satisfied with my services.

Immediately after taking the plea, Mr. Brennan began to suffer from buyer’s remorse and tried to pressure me into taking actions which I felt were unethical, claiming a serious medical condition, but refusing to provide any medical documentation.

There was never any offer of 3 months in rehab.

I had tried to get him that offer, but it was derailed because Paul claimed he didn’t have a drug problem and didn’t want to go to rehab. In any event, the District Attorney’s Office refused to agree to that deal because he wasn’t eligible due to the large amount of drugs that he sold, combined with his prior felony record.

Mr. Brennan highlights his allegation that I demanded he pay in cash only.

The reality is that when I was hired, Mr. Brennan was in jail and his brother paid me by check. There was never any demand for cash and Mr.

Brennan was not a part of the conversation.

Immediately upon his release from prison, he started sending me text messages demanding that I pay him $10,000 or he would post reviews like this everywhere. Needless to say, I refused to become a victim to his latest scheme and he has therefore posted this false and defamatory review.

@Kadeem Qxl

His whole point is you are publicly defaming people and you just did in your comment by giving the link to his public record. You know you've ripped me off and I dare challenge you to prove I'm wrong
