Review authors value the most Website and Exchange, Refund and Cancellation Policy. Consumers are not pleased with Customer service and Reliability. The price level of this organization is low according to consumer reviews.

Timeshare Users Group is not a Non-Profitable Organization
TUG2 is a scam. They show up as a Non-Profit Organization, but they contradict themselves ´cos they charge you an annual fee (not much) and 1 dollar for TUG2 Advertisement (very cheap).
It´s okay for me, and I accept that is their right but at least be righteous and stop promoting TUG2 as a Non - Profitable Timeshare Users Group. That is a lie.
I´m angry at your moderators because after I posted on the Forum that I got a transaction managed and closed by an intermediator (Not belonging to TUG2 recommended ones), they deleted my comments and not happy with that I got my *** kicked out of the TUG Forum.
Everything I read in the Internet was right about TUG2 promoting Interval International, Wyndham, and LTRBA as their "recommended" Timeshare Resale Brokers.
(While many of us know those are SCAMS).
