7/19/24, 7:15 PM, Times Kamehameha Shopping. I would like to make a complaint about the experience I had today.

I intended to go in and out quickly, only needing to get pancake mix and ice cream. However, there were only 2 registers open, and the line was long, extending towards the back of the chilled area. I was so upset, I walked out.

It's just ridiculous that all I wanted was to get 2 items and the line was so long. Managers should notice this and open additional registers during peak busy hours.

No review or complaint. Was reporting someone that took a shopping cart way far away from the mililani store.

I normally would of helped and carried it back but I can't fit the cart in my truck. My father in law used to work for times many many years.

This morning I had oral surgery that required a lot of work. I asked the oral surgeon if they could call in the antibiotics and pain medication before I left the office so it would be ready when I got to Times Kailua.

They called it in at about 1030 and I got there at about 1230. At first I was told they did not have the prescription then after checking again they found it. I asked how soon could I get it and was told after two o'clock. I then told the clerk i would really like to have the pain medication sooner but she said there were two other people ahead of, She said to leave my phone number and they would call me as soon as it was ready.

My phone rang about 4 PM this afternoon but I couldn't answer it. when I finally went to see who called there was no message on my answering machine but I have caller ID so I saw the Kailua pharmacy number. I am a 24/7 caregiver for my wife and the caregiver that helps me leaves a 2 PM which is what I told the clerk from the beginning but she did not seem to care. I ended up calling a friend to pick-up my medication.

I suffered for 4 hours because of your poor customer service before I could take the medication.

My question is, if there was only two other customers in front of me, why did it take 3 1/2 hours to fill the prescription and why did the person who called not have the courtesy to leave a message instead of just hanging up. When Jim was there i never had this type of problem.

im a regular shopper at liliha times super market and i grab tabacco products regularly i just lost ID recently im 23 years old and every single person who works there has sold me tabacco products atleast once or twice in the last 2 months my problem is sometimes they let me get product with out it bc ive show them my id b4 when i had it but some days they dont let me and everyone who works there bullys me n acts like im not over 21 which they all know that i am. i have a picture of my ID i show which has my age and everything so i want everyone fired or to be punished because they condtradict them selves bc they have sold to me multiple people times with and with out ID i hope u can see my frustration they attack me

Kaimuki is my main store but this morning I went to kahala, self checkout girl nee we ver replied when I said hello never replied when I said thank you for handing me a paper bag I purchased, so I tested her again and said thank you as I was leaving she mumbled thank you I think under her breath, I think her last name was Petersen or something

...I had just come from Napili Market I had purchased 3 bottles of champagne it is a friend's birthday.

Id come to Times to buy some other items on my way out the manager says that I stole the bottles!!! I assured him that I didn't I had walked in with the bottles in my bag. He asked for my receipt (which is fair) I said I understand I will drive straight there and have them print me out another one because I did not take the original 1 with me. I had no problem doing that so I got in my car drove all the way back to Napili market got a duplicate of the receipt and showed it to him and he REFUSED to give me back my purchase!!!

I PAID FOR THOSE and he took them!! Your manager!

I think his name is Michael. Times Honokowai, Maui He REALLY embarrassed me, he was accusing me of something that I would never ever do!! Steal!?

I went to prove it to him and I showed him the receipt he refused to give me back my property. I DID call the police the police told me to contact corporate.

I walked into the supermarket with my bag I had purchased some champagne at a store up the street on my way out the manager accused me of stealing that champagne and insisted I showed him my receipt, which I did not have. I got in the car I drove all the way back to the other store I got a duplicate copy of my receipt I brought it to him and showed it to him he still refused to give me back the champagne!! I was bringing to a celebration which now hes already ruined the evening, his name is Michael and he works at the Honokowai times supermarket on maui very very frustrating infuriating and embarrassing

Valentines candy on sale, with many signs for $1.00. Bought 2.

Scanned $1.50 at register. I was sent to customer service counter. She refused to believe me, so I went and got the signs. Then, I told her to go look that the signs indicated that price.

She told me,"It is already cheap, maam." Refused to adjust price to sign posted price. I do not care about the dollar, but the "bait and switch" is illegal.

The Times Supermarket in Maui, across from Kaanapali Beach Club thinks it has a captive market north of Lahaina. The clerks are rude and insulting.

Prices are sky-high and the vegetables are spoiled and dirty. I bought a six pack of beer and the tops of the cans were filthy. The bread was moldy. You are better off driving the 4 miles to Lahaina to shop for groceries.

The fish smells bad. Selection is limited. The floors are dirty.

I saw one vegetable worker use the bathroom without washing his hands (no soap or paper towels in the restroom). The whole place just sucks!
