They were at the Grand designs show in London. We gave them a deposit and then tried to track them down.
They changed to Time 2 Floor and had a new website that seemed professional.
There pricing was competitive and they were offering show discounts.
I spoke to Mike who seemed to be the owner of the business and he assured me all was fine. He advised that the price since we ordered had increased but he agreed to leave the price at the show rate. We paid a deposit of £200.
I have called a mobile that goes to voice message, I now cannot find any web site, the direct lines dont work. I thought Grand designs would have reputable traders.

Avoid timelessfloors/time2floor/Michael Gosselin
I'm pretty sure we've been ripped off by time2floor or timeless floors - main man Michael Gosselin. Met them at Grand Designs where they took a deposit from us there.
We haven't had an answer to the phone for weeks and only one email has ever been answered. I wouldn't touch anything involving Michael Gosseline with a bargepole.
We are taking this up with Trading Standards as we are still not sure of the status of this transaction. It could still be a case of appalling service and/or incompetence but I suspect they have probably gone bust.

ripped us off,michael gosselin.operating out off walsall west midlands,gone into liquidation,never said anything true piece off s...still on internet stay away,dave chiswick london .....nothing more to say,ecept he is a little pimply canadian guy that sets up at all the home improvement shows in england,(olympia etc)..took our money in full and kept coming up with excuses why he couldnt deliver.wont answer the phone for 3 weeks,has a story that he goes to africa to see his daughter alot so is not always able to respond ,im sure he will just set up again next week ,as he looks like he really couldnt do much else
Same experience as the other guys - stay away from this man and any company he owns/runs
