These people are thieves

These people are thieves! Firstly, they sent a $75 product, instead of the $55 product that I originally ordered. In order to return it, they forced me to pay for the return shipping. Further, upon its return, they shipped yet another product to me which I did not order! They required an explanation for the return: I wrote, "I NEVER WISH TO PURCHASE anything from TimeToSpa ever again for 2 reasons: (A). It was $30 cheaper on Amazon with free shipping and (B). You forced me to pay shipping costs to return a product I never ordered, which is bad business. I do not buy things from bad companies." I was clear that theirs is not a company I ever wanted to buy from again. In response to that, they sent me yet another product: They charged my credit card for the $55 product, which I had already acquired from Amazon for less than half the price (two bottles, actually). So, not only did I not need that product as I had just acquired quite a bit of it, but I was also quite clear that I did not want to do business with them. They stole $55 + shipping fees 3 WAYS. BUYER BEWARE: If you are smart, you will avoid this company at all costs, or they will fleece you.

Still waiting for refund

sent the pills back within 30 days and still waiting more than 6 weeks for a refund. I've never had a company take so long to refund my money after they received the items. Most were unopened but they charge a "restocking fee" of 15% which is insane as it doesn't cost them anything to just put them back in the warehouse. I also haven't yet received how much store credit I am supposed to get for the few opened bottles. They have no problem taking your money but take forever to reimburse you. It better come soon or I'll fine a BBB complaint.

Time to Spa gift certificate scam

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
I encouraged both my father and sister to purchase gift certificates from Time to spa for my mothers birthday. Our whole family are huge fans of the Elemis skin care line and it is not available for purchase in stores where we live. When she went to use them online, she was unable to enter more than one gift code and so she called their customer service line. The agent was unsure as to how to proceed and asked if she could call back after speaking with her supervisor. She called back promptly and informed my mother that according to company policy, she could only use 1 gift certificate at a time/per purchase. This seems very unethical to me. This company has already received the money for the gift certificates, but now they are refusing to honour them. DO NOT PURCHASE GIFT CERTIFICATES FROM TIME TO SPA!!!!

Time to Spa has terrible customer service

I have been a customer with Time to Spa (website) for a few years and buy Elemis and other products from them. Most of their products are high end and can be difficult to find. However, I made a purchase from them on 2/4/2011, and it never arrived. UPS said it was delivered, but I was at home and nothing came that day (single family home). I emailed Time to Spa and they just sent the invoice from UPS and no other information, which translated into "too bad for you". I contacted them again and no response, so I contacted UPS and they responded immediately and said to have Time to Spa contact them since they were the sender. I called them and they said I was going to have to wait and see what UPS said. I asked them for a refund or to resend the products, and that it was their responsibility as the sender to settle with UPS. Time to Spa said no, that UPS was to contact me, which they did and I said again that I never got or signed for a package. They agreed that this is a problem between Time to Spa and UPS, not the consumer. But to date, a month later, no product and no refund. I am really upset, because as I mentioned to the customer service rep. that I just went through the death of my Mother, and I don't need this added stress from their company. I just want what is right, and Time to Spa is a rip-off in my opinion. I will NEVER order from them again. Shayla
