Christmas gift delay

I went on line to order a gift 3 weeks before Christmas. Order pending for 4 days. I called told the order would be released because I have a business account . Received card will not be sent due to needing pre payment I lost another 4-5 days. Why wasn't I told before. Was on hold 30 minutes for supervisor no supervisor available. Left message for supervisor to call back. I can't believe there is not faster shipping available. I will never shop here again NEVER. Poor service options with NO solutions to service customers PAYING customers. POOR SERVICE
