Time.Ly stole my money too
- - Time.ly's plugin worked, but a change caused downtime and we were moved to a free solution while charged for the old plugin that doesn't work.
Time.ly had a plugin that worked - but without notice they changed technic and our site went down.
We where forced into the FREE new solution during our efforts to fix the site and function.
We are not a customer anymore - but still they charged us for the OLD plugin that does not work and are not supported for any updates.
When we ask for a refund and for them to erease the information they have for billing - they do not answer anymore.
Watch out for this company and their solution and NEVER give them you credit card!

- - Stopped monthly service; billed a full year upfront with no notice.

The software provider used to charge a monthly fee and then one day out of the blue with out notice they stopped allowing monthly service and charged for the entire year upfront.
What was a $200 fee normally just became $2400 on my bank account.
They would not offer a refund.
I had been using the software for three years and honestly it lacks luster. We moved to a different calendar provider.
Shame on the executives at Time ly for ripping off their customers and for zero communications not even an email regarding the change.
