Time 4 sleep have poor customer service skills. They deliver your bed to your door step and that's as far as it goes, they don't bring it inside your house after you have paid £20 for delivery and it clearly states on their website under their DELIVERY TERMS

*The carriers will assist with taking the item to the appropriate room.
What a load of rubbish you should not give customers false information.
I would not recommend anyone to use Time 4 sleep to purchase a bed
