I'm being charged shipping and I was suppose to have free shipping on my irder

Called to rectify the problem and was going to be charge a fee for the person in the company pulling the item off the shelf is what I was told. The person is paid a salary Im not willing to pay a extra $3.00 for a person to do their job which they , the person will never see. I then wanted that fee waved . They would not do that so your company lost a $79.09 order over $3.00 did that make sense?

I havent received my package

When you couldn't ship to a PO BOX you should've contacted me. But you didn't so you shipped my order to an old address. I have not received it nor will I. PLEASE RESEND IT OR REFUND MY TOTAL AMOUNT!!!! Jacqueline Nielsen 950 Emerald Bay Rd. Unit 7588 So. Lake Tahoe, CA 96158

Person who tried to help me could barely speak English.

She didn't offer any solution as to why I hadn't received my order. I AM OUT 82.00. I placed the order on 5/23 and paid a fortune for 3 to 5 day shipping. Upon tracking my order it said it was shipped via FedEx on 5/27 to my post office box...which is more than the 5 day shipping I paid for. Post Office said it doesn't receive Fed Ex. Time for Me said it was sent to my home address which was wrong. And can't talk

Advertised coupons

I had a catalog that gave 10% off for a $100 purchase. The website said free shipping if I signed up for texts. When I went to check out, I found out that I could not use both. The shipping charge for two pants was $17 and they tacked on another $3.75 in case your order was lost. Their prices are reasonable, but I am not sure of the quality of their merchandise. I probably won't purchase the pants.

I accidentally order duplicate shoes. First order, the coupon code failed. Thought I cancelled it But it went thru. Second one coupon code applied but the shoes are too small. Wanted to exchange for larger size. When I tried to cx 1st order by phone order (too late)#s given were confirmation #s So I dont have order #s I have confirmation #s.

Order an item ,never received tracking ,wasn't told item out ,tried customer service to speak to a human ,but no ,on hold forever . that's the worst service by far for my first impression on ordering from them .they took money out of acct ,didn't inform me of anything and no I didn't get to speak to no one . I just want my money ,so I can purchase else where.
