I AM WRITING REGARDING OUR TIME CLOCK WIZARD ACCOUNT UNDER NEWCON CAPITAL LLC., WITH ACCOUNT NAME FRED AYOUB
WE HAVE BEEN BILLED $599.40 EVEN THOUGH WE HAVE NOT USED THE TIME CLOCK WIZARD SERVICE AND HAVE CANCELED ONE TO TWO YEARS AGO. WE ARE REQUESTING AN IMMEDIATE REVIEW OF THIS MATTER A REFUND OF THE $599.40 THAT WAS CHARGED AND POSTED ON 07.13.2026. CANCELLATION OF THE ACCOUNT IMMEDIATLEY TO PREVENT ANY FUTURE BILLING.
I HAVE MADE NUMEROUS ATTEMPTS TO RESOLVE THIS ISSUE AND ASKED FOR A CANCELED DOCUMENT AND REFUND. I HAVE LEFT MESSAGES WITH WHAT I BELIEVE IS YOUR ADMINISTRATOR AND HAVE CALLED BOTH 866-208-**** AND 661-384-****. EACH TIME , I HAVE BEEN TOLD THAT SOMEONE WOULD CALL ME BACK IMMEDIATELY, BUT I HAVE YET TO RECEIVE A RESPONSE.
PLEASE HAVE SOMEONE CONTACT ME AS SOON AS POSSIBLE SO WE CAN RESOLVE THIS MATTER WITHOUT FURTHER DELAY.
