Terrible service
Ordered $600 hubs. Got sent the wrong color. They agree to exchange but upon hearing of the costs associated with shipping and sales tax fees to Europe just stop answering.

I ordered a bike 2 years ago and am still trying to get my money back. I keep getting promised its coming but getting excuse after excuse.
He just wants me to give up. I'm not!

Abusive Scam artist Matt
I can not recommend avoiding this place enough, Placed an order, sent the money via Visa and was charged, all great. 2 months of basically silence, try contacting business for tracking info or anything, nothing.
Only after leaving a google review does the owner use my personal information to contact me to harass and threaten me to take my review down. Matt even offers the refund as long as i remove my review, he used homophobic slurs and brags about how much money he has.
He finally refunded me clearly showing they had never any intentions of shipping the parts i ordered months ago. Googling this place shows many stories very similar to mine, the owner of this business is a bully.

- Charges credit cards never shipped item
- Threatens and abuses customer after leaving a negative review

Scammers
I bought a bike on April 28th, from time2shine.com, when I bought it I knew it would be delivered only on May, as they informed. Then they delayed to June 10th, nobody called bem or informed me about another delay.
I went to the website and now it says shipping on July, then I called again and they said well if youre not happy Ill give you your money back?
What is that, a favor???? They dont care about the customer experience, very disrespectful.
