Poor customer service

The service did not work properly but instead of fixing the problem they had me talk to India and of course hard to understand. Instead of crediting account they charged more. What a lousy company! Then when we tried to get our money back the guy in Atlanta would not answer the phone or would push it off to someone else in India. Then they sold me a machine that will only work with their company. This is the worst company that I have ever worked with in my life. I don't understand how the CEO sleeps at night unless they are as fake as the company.

Manager that lies

RV park in Coldspring Texas is a great park but management makes it bad Park is beautiful manager is a loud mouth person. Tells people that they will lose there membership if they complaint to owners. Office never open no one answers the phone. Campground host take care of park manager gets paid to do nothing Boys are not friendly. So if you camp for the beauty of the area the area is beautiful if you like fair people stay away,it does have a pool above the ground fishing pond close to the national forest,hilly area cattle around park makes it a very country like setting
