Tillamook Country Smoker

If you like to be taken advantage of and stolen from, Tillamook is the place for you. I placed an order over 6 weeks ago and I'm still dealing with them.

I ordered jerky and beef sticks as a birthday gift from their online website and paid for all the items I ordered. A few days goes by before I get an email telling me my order was being processed. Then a few more days goes by and I get another email telling me that the package will be shipped on such and such date. Another week or so goes by before I received the package.

Was told one date and yet the package came later than what I was originally told. They were extremely slow getting the package ready and with shipping as well. Anyhow, I finally received the package and when I opened it, I found that I was missing items. But yet I had paid for an entire order.

. There was a pink piece of paper telling me to email Tillamook about the missing items. I did, and I explained to them someone should of contacted me about "Out Of Stock" items and no way should I've been charged for out of stock items. This is fraud and flat out stealing.

I'm in the process of filing charges with the Better Business Bureau, coz Tillamook won't return my money or send out the missing products. Instead they ask me in the email what items are missing, but yet I gave them the order number and they have my name. So, why are they asking this question ????? This is nothing more than a GAME .

I sent an email to Tillamook asking why they did what they did No answer to that questions, but I did get a reply telling me that they are contacting people about the backorders.

This is a FLAT OUT LIE !!!!!!! Nobody contacted me in anyway before or after receiving the package. I only got an email due to me complaining and they replied to my email, and not even an apology in the email. This company is huge and they are thieves.

I guess this is how you become big ? You steal money from people and then play games and try to deny what they do is WRONG.

Tillamook has their hands full with me. They started a game they wish they didn't,. I'm not going to take this from them, nor will they run off with my hard earned money.

I' can play games too. Businesses forget, without customers there is no BUSINESS.
