This company is terrible , Just dumped the tiles on the street and all the tiles broken, did not deliver on the day agreed, and manager of notts branch lied to me.

Ordered a very large quantity and very expensive tile . they failed to deliver on the day agreed, when I ordered more tiles the manager told me that this time it would be their own transport and not a third party on the day they did not turn up at the time agreed when I rang up they told me that the lorry was seventy miles away .
When they finely arrived they dumped the tiles on the street and all extra tiles were broken.
manager lied to me and customer services refused to give me the name of the CEO. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Very poor customer service
- - The product description is misleading about 8mm tiles for external patios.
- - No builder or patio expert would use them.
- - They have ignored my emails.
Misleading product description. Claim that 8mm ceramic tiles are sufficient for external patio areas.
I have not found one builder or patio expert who would use them.
Now they completely ignore my emails. Keep away.

- - Head-office orders may ship more adhesive than tiles require.
- - Buy from the store, not head office, to avoid returns of adhesive or sealant.
Be aware that if you buy from the head office and they send to much adhesive for the amount of tiles sold ( this is their recommended amount) we did not skimp.
You cannot return it to the store as they have no access to the head office sales and head office then claim that you cannot return perishables ( tile adhesive and some sealant!!! ) really.
If you have to buy ensure its from the store rather than head office as you will be unable to return anything not required.
