Tile & Stone Works' Staff are Knowledgeable and Helpful
By the time we stopped in at Tile & Stone Works in Shelby Township, Michigan several weeks of shopping for ceramic tile had left me and my husband exhausted, frustrated, and confused.
We spent most of our time in the beginning at Home Depot and Lowes where it seemed nobody knew anything about their tile products. We never were able to get past the first step. We worked with Jennifer at Tile & Stone Works and she had us practically finished up in the first half hour. We took home some samples and finished the design a few days later.
These people know their stuff. The showroom is filled with ideas and their staff were especially helpful and knowledgeable. Our experience there was perfect and our new bathroom looks great.
