Tiger Sugar

We went to the Tiger Sugar at 181 Harvard Ave, Allston, MA 02134 on Monday March 10th, 2025 at 5:30 p.m. The man with eyeglasses who took care of our order left us terrible experience and feelings.

When we were trying to read and decide which bubble tea to order, he urged us very impatiently to order quickly. He was playing a video game on his iPad while taking our Oder. When we ask him if hes playing games (we were not meant to say that his playing video games make us uncomfortable, its simply because we also played that game), he said: no Im not playing games. He is lying and we dont even care if he is playing games or not.

But he just lied to us and urged us again to order quickly while we are still looking at the options. We ordered two drinks, a hot one and a cold one. Both of them tastes like water. Weve been here before and we know what they should taste like.

Plus, the hot drink we ordered is not even hot at all.

Its just room temperature. He gave us very terrible and upset experience!
