I've had calls lasting 40 minutes, and this still is not resolved. I want the shed I have paid for; you have my money, and I have no shed.
I have gone to the expense of ordering a skip hire to remove the existing shed, which has gone back empty.
If you value customers like your advert states, then please have the courtesy to call me back with a date for delivery.
Calls are apparently recorded; maybe someone should actually listen to the 14 calls I've made to Andy, Kia, Joe on 4 occasions, and Ben on 3 occasions.
