Tiger Logistics - Manager Review from Tulsa, Oklahoma

The signs were there that this was going to happen. At the regional managers meeting they had in Memphis and flew some of us out there, Major said their goal was to be at $50 million in 5 years. After a few years Chris Manley was brought in, and if you talk to Jeff the line haul driver from Dallas he will tell you what Chris said to him in Louisiana. Chris had worked for several companies the last 7 to 10 years and every singlee one went bankrupt. So that's what they want you to think. Chris is a closer for businesses, he comes in gets everything in order, get facilities to cut their costs drastically putting every facility in a bind to make the profits for the owners even better, bills stop getting paid, money is being embezzled in to accounts no one knows about. Some owners may not know what is going on while others do. They act like they start turning on each other, but they really don't. Do you really think Major would screw over his own nephew Sean Mednikow? It was all a scam from the day Tiger opened their doors. I became close with a couple of the owners, I am mad about what happened, but on the other hand don't blame them. We all were paid pretty *** good before the demise of it all.

Tiger Logistics

Tiger logistics was run by four individuals that had their heads up their **** ."The Four Stooges".. Dwan " The Chump" Henderson, Major ***hole Smith, Ken "The Money Magician" Balkuanas and Tommy " The Wimp" Werkhoven. They still owe me 5 paychecks and over $700 in deductions for damages that another driver caused. They had me terminate the driver before they could charge him, So the Genius's decided to charge me. Which i fought and didn't win.One of them even suckered one of the managers to lend him some money and still has not paid him back. One day karma will get them.

Tiger Logistic's insurance co. refuses to pay up after accident

An employee for Tiger L. was involved in an auto accident in Aztec NM where he was weaving in and out of traffic and tail gating the cars. When he went to go around my son he gave him the middle finger and then cut in front of him clipping his front bumper causing him to lose control and roll his car twice and end up on a fence next to some electical boxes.Tiger L. employee was cited with carless driving and did not report the accident to the company. We have been fighting with their insurance co. for 3 months and they say they are not responsable for any of the bills incurred. This company gave us nothing but the run around from the start and has denied any responsibility.Their employee could have killed our son and they Do Not even care.

Scheduled delivery 3 times and never followed thru.

Tiger Logistics has been the worst stressful experience. I ordered a huge item which shipped thru Home Direct and then to Tiger Logistics. Never could talk to a person to schedule. Scheduled on-line and then was told they did not deliver on Fridays. Second schedule, after I took off of work, was called and advised it wasn't put on the truck. Third schedule was to be at 5 p.m., the driver for the day finished early and called said they were finished early and could they deliver right then. I said no I was at work. They said "we can't wait around." I said the delivery was scheduled for 5 p.m. So I took off of work and they just didn't show up !!!!! Had to cancel my order.

Tiger logistics - INCOMPETENT!!!

I ordered furniture from AllModern.com, they processed it fine, but were contracted with Home Direct/Tiger Logistics for delivery. My first order they LOST in the dist center in IN, I was refunded my money and had to start over. The replacement bed was scheduled for del on 26 JUN, that day they called and said their truck broke down and had to reschedule. The new del date was 29 JUN between 1000-****, needless to say, it is 1430 and I've had no communication as to where my order is. This is twice in one week I have had to miss work for a deliver that has yet to occur. When I called Tiger, they claim the driver left late today, but they failed to inform me of that (common courtesy one would think). So I said; "call the driver and find out the status please". The agent claims the driver won't answer his phone and they have no idea where he is. Tiger logistics is the most INCOMPETENT company I have ever dealt with!!!! I am Furious right now.

RUN-RUN-RUN from this company

STAY CLEAR. THEY PROMISE THE MOON HERE. DO YOU FEEL THAT PAIN IN YOUR BACK YET. Employees may be treated differently but if you are an independent contractor for these folks look out! Payroll/Tax info nightmare. Run by the seat of their pants. New management early last year..RUN Forrest RUN...guy doesn't seem to comprehend the basic business ethics...Does the MAJOR know what is going on? or just dont care? KNOW of people that came in, busted their butts and were shown no appreciation, working line hauls, then other duties, putting in 12+ hrs daily.....RUN FORREST RUN!!!! Support only when CRISIS MANAGEMENT KICKS IN (if they haft-to)

Tiger Logistics is a complete sham

I worked for this company for a year and four months. Around March 2011, new management was brought in and royally screwed up everything. First, they changed the pay scale to make us take on extra deliveries to make any kind of decent salary. But yet expect us to be back at the warehouse by 4pm having driven 425+ miles for that day. They don't compensate for overtime either. (not sure how they get away with this one) Second, They promise you vacation time after a year. Yet when I am ready to take mine, the operations manager says no but lets a co-worker take his the week before mine was scheduled and gives the excuse that he doesn't have enough people to cover? Why is that my problem? I re-scheduled a doctor's appointment 3 times to help them when they were in a bind, yet they more or less force me to quit to be able to see my doctor. Last but not least, they charged me the deductible for an accident that their insurance should have covered. So far, $1000.00 has been deducted from my paychecks for this. I'm not entirely sure this is legal, but am going to the U.S. Dept. of Labor to find out for sure. To add insult to injury, I was responsible for putting the current operations manager in his current position by having him hired on in the first place. Damned If I don't feel *** for that one.

Did you ever find out if it was legal for them to make you pay the deductible?
