Refound issues customer service reps

I called your corporate office and your customer service reps answer the phone at 7:00 this morning I explained to them that I lost my mother March 28th 2023 I went inside one of your car washes in Wichita Kansas on South Rock road I was crying and very upset emotional behind the passing of my mother they were very comforting I guess I don't know what happened but my membership never got canceled that day I was able to wash my car for the last time because I let them know I don't need them membership anymore I would not be returning to Wichita Kansas due to my mother not being alive anymore there was a pending charge of $43 on my account that was pending so I asked them could they stop and refund me my $43 because I thought my membership had been canceled a whole month ago I was told that that cannot be done and a supervisor will contact me within 72 hours so I called my credit card and they said they can't dispute it because the charges were still pending so I called your corporate office back the customer service rep the other one which they told me it was only two working in your whole corporate office the only customer service reps there's no supervisor or manager ever on the floor and I was told that from the second customer service rep since your mother is dead and you wash your car after she died and it wasn't her car we can't help you at all you will not be getting a refund talk verily rude to me very rude to me and then hung up in my face because I did get to talking loud cuz I could not believe that somebody who your company has hired that works in your corporate office would speak to me and say something to me like that about my mother after she has died unexpectedly that is not a way to speak to nobody no customer who has thought they were with a great business I live in Kansas City Missouri here home of the cheats I do not live in Wichita I don't need that membership I am looking for someone to help me today immediately I have been looking for the CEOs email I will continue to do research on it trying to find a general manager someone or I will be going to the news about the club wash corporate office customer service reps speaking to me so rudely about my mother being gone that was uncalled for I do thank you so much have a wonderful day.

Vehicle Entered wash with a painted front bumper on a 2019 brand new vehicle. The vehicle exited missing an over 1 inch "chunk" of missing paint.

Derek Zeller who is their claims "specialist" denied and wrong doing then proceeded to insult me by saying their wands could not have done this damage because you can stick your hand in front of it and it wont hurt. Anyone who has used a pressure washer know it hurts like *** Also, if there pressure is so weak Derek, then how does it remove the dirt from the automobile?

Preferred solution: fix the spot of damage or I will do it and comp me 2 months of service for the monies lost plus labor on my end.
