Question about offer

The free brownies ad with the Naughty code did not say in the post that one dozen of cookies had to be purchased first. When I read the small print it still was not clear to me.

When I placed my order online for the brownies only I received an error message saying I needed to make minimum order of $28 so I was really confused. I ended up just ordering one dozen of cookies only.

Canceling membership is impossible.

There is no customer service # to call to cancel subscription and impossible to do so on the app or website.

Love Tiff’s Treats

Some cookies were delivered to me at one of our three church locations however it went to the wrong location

Call to see if I could find out who ordered them but unfortunately they were pick up and delivery personally the customer service representative said because he didnt have no record of a delivery to that location.

Awful customer service

Cant get help with a human being when I need someone! Keep trying to order on-line and register a profile and site says username already used.

I have never registered and no matter what name I use there it wont allow a username. Cant get a hold of anyone to help.

I did not receive my order. No one from the store was answering.

It was my first and last time attempting to try these cookies.

Highly disappointed. I heard great things but clearly they dont live up to the hype.
