Paid for, but never delivered.

Bought Lamp from source. E mail verifying purchase recv'd after reqstg several times. Product instock & delivery promised in 2 wks. After 3 wks I inquired about order, but only got an answering service during business hours. Called again, only service. Never recv'd a call. No emails answered. I'd paid for something never delivered. I emailed to cancel and demanded a refund to my credit card. I also disputed the charge with Citibank. It took 5 days, but I got my refund. I ordered the same lamp from another vendor, Wayfair, and got it within 5 days. What does that say?

Star Tiffany Studios misrepresented product. scammed money

Bought Tiffany Style hanging Lamp from source. No E mail verifying purchase. Called to ask, only answering service even during business hours. Web site said lamp Stained Glass. Lamp came incomplete. Was to be 3 light cluster, all hanging parts & chain. Only received lampshade. Plastic, not stained glass, Called again, only answering service. Received call back. Source argued, said was stained glass. It was not. Said other parts sent by separate delivery. Never received them. Asked to return shade, product misrepresented. Source adamant I insure product for what I paid. Shade returned, got mail from source, shade damaged beyond repair, I would have to make claim for my money. Source has product & money. Absolute scam
