They finally answered the phone and the person did email me return labels for the product. They said it would be UPS but it turned out to be FED-EX so I had to drive 15 miles instead if 2!.

The XXXL camo was beautifully made of very nice quality materals. However the XXXL size might actualy almost be XL!

Have tried contacting them with no results!! DISGUSTING!!

The issue was resolved

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. It was Amazon that had the issue not TideWe. They are giving me a full refund.

I ordered a gift for my husband on December 2 through Amazon. I go on their website with the Needed And it said basically that I didnt order anything.

I have a tracking number. The tracking number set a label was created and shipping will be delayed.

Its been three weeks. I just want to know if this is a legit company and if I have to ask American Express to handle the charges

The hunting blind if you put it up and the sun is on the side of you, you can see right through it. You can see me in it.

I ordered a heated chair from you guys tried it.

It did not heat up. Had to return it because you guys had no more in stock

I just thought that the deer and turkeys would not see into it. Its awesome.

I can see out. I have and will be trying other products from you guys. I bought a heated chair that Im very disappointed in. It would not warm up.

I would like to return that. I will call today to see if I can return it still, it says that you can only return 30 days after I cant remember when I purchased

I think so far excellent product, all my hunting friends like theres, thats where found out about the vest as well as the rest of your hunted clothing. Lots of things changed since I was young man.

Years ago I tried heated socks it was a wast of money. I dont a issue with the vest I wish I had saved the other green tag now Im woundering what I did read.

Concern about product

I have trying the heated camo vest for son's birthday since April. He has been a fan of your products for some time and wanted to wait and get it from you instead of another company.

But now months later we have not gotten any notification of product availability or any contact at all! Also no mayter what time I call the message says to call during during business hours although that is clearly when it is.

I just want to know if there is any hope of getting this vest for this fall's hunting seasons or if I should just order from Cabellas where I normally shop and which has amazing customer service. Please have the courtesy to advise as my son wants your product.
