We went to The Saratoga Springs Utah Tide cleaners and was treated very very very rude. The girl that Waited on us in the drive thru was very very rude. She said she gave us the coupon then lied and didnt. She didnt want to give us a receipt she was very abrupt. And annoyed. We have gone there several times. Thinking they are having a bad day. But it seems there normal day. When we asked for a paper receipt she rolled her eyes an practically threw it at us. We wont be going back. And we will tell others not to go. They are not very honest. Just for them to get a couple of extra Bucks. We were there Wednesday the 26 at 1:58 pm User's recommendation: Absolutely Never !!!!!!!

A new manager took over this location and reached out to me by email, phone and text. He assured me that it was a priority and he would resolve it.

UPDATE-Received an email from “Christy C., Business Owner” saying this issue would be expedited. It’s been 10 days and I’ve heard from no one. Do not trust this business owner’s responses.

After numerous trys to get someone’s attention, I had to resort to bringing it to the attention of someone online. Will see if this elicits a response.

If I could give less stars I would. I dropped off a drapery from my living room to be pressed. When I returned to pick it up they couldn't find it. Of course, I have already paid for it. I was asked if I would come back and they would have it ready for me. I returned a couple of days later--no drapery. I waited for nearly a half hour while they searched again. A Tide employee on duty assured me she would look for it and call me--no phone call. In addition, she gave me the regional manager's phone number--no answer, no voicemail. She informed me that they don't have any manager on site. What? While I was waiting another customer's dry cleaning was missing. She had to leave to pick up her kids from school. I could share more of this story but this should say enough. Bottom line, I've paid for a drapery that isn't there. It matches the set in my living room which makes the rest useless. Now I have to buy new drapes. No managers, no one cares. I called the number on my receipt...no one answered, just a voicemail telling me they would call me back. I'm sure they will (not). DO NOT TAKE ANYTHING YOU REALLY VALUE TO THE TIDE CLEANERS IN OAKLEY!
