Our therapy/circulation pump was repeatedly malfunctioning, so the dealer had to finally replace the whole system. When they did that they caused a major electrical failure at my home. I had to call the utility to get my home electrical back online. When dealer installed my new system earlier that day, they installed two 3-hp single-speed pumps that are too powerful to swim against. Dealer refuses to put in the right-sized pumps. Cites that the electrical issue they caused nulifies the warranty.

Preferred solution: Replace the 2 over-powering swim pumps with 2 proper-sized pumps specified by factory so I can swim.

Generally pleased with pool. My only complaint is the filters are too small for the water volume. They require cleaning every week. Cannot seem to find larger filter elements for it

I completely agree with this guy. If you do not clean the filters on the tidal fit, it with turn off the water flow and say heater may be dry.

You should check the new Artesian Dealer in St. George.

I know they have Tidal Fits available for immediate delivery. The old Artesian Dealer is terrible.

Filter will not stay on for more than 5 minutes

I have tried the setting where you can turn timer on and off. It will only stay on for a minute I need to put serenity mode on and hit cancel it will stay on for 5 minutes this way. We customer! Help!!

Do not buy any Tidal Fit Swift Water System

I have the same TidalFit EP-14 semi inground - the swift water system. DO NOT GET THE SWIFT WATER SYSTEM. It does not work and they do not have a fix for it yet are still selling the system. Day 1: lower swim jets do not work - wifi does not work - bluetooth does not turn on (I am told this bluetooth problem is common in most units) Day 3: appointment made for repair Day 6: upper swim jet stop working - now we have no swim jets Day 7: head unit, electrical unit and both swim jet pumps are replaced. Day 8: We refilled pool to find coupler seal leaking due to not lined up correct. We drained, we fixed and filled again. Everything seems to be working Day 9: In AM tub with hot water error - found the re-circulation pump is not working (the only way to keep the hot water error from occurring is having the filter pumps on 4 times a day for several hours each time). It is programmed to come on 4 times a day for a couple hours but is only coming on for a minute and shutting off. The salt cell also has no power now. Later in the day Bluetooth not turning on again and bottom swim jets stop working. Day 10: Tub with hot water error at 0850 it is 88 only degrees outside. Recirculation pump now does not turn on at all. Called and talked to tech and told him what was going on, left a message for owner to call me. 4pm no call back from anyone, so we call dealer tech. He talked to Tidalfit who has NO FIX for the problem. They think the head unit is getting too hot and frying everything. They are working on a fix and someone from Tidalfit will call us back tomorrow. That was yesterday and waiting on their call. I have spent $25,000 for something that is not working and so far have been told there is no fix and they are working on it. I also have been told this is a wide-spread problem. Why did not they not test these units in extreme temps? And now I get to test for them. Nothing like paying full retail price for a product that is not ready for market and I am their tester.

I am looking for owners who have had issues with 2018 model year swim spas. I had years of issues with my 2018 tidalfit 14 related to spa/circulation pump.

They finally had to replace the system, and when they did, they installed swim jets too powerful to use. They are ignoring me and told the BBB that I have electrical issues that nullify the warranty.

I purchased a swim spa just under $20,000 and have had it for a month. I have been in it only once. First it wouldn't even go on and Artesian tried to blame my electrician. The customer service guy Bob was very condescending not only to me but my electrician as well. Turned out it was a loose connection that my guy found. Second it seemed to be losing vast amounts of water. A technician discovered that one of the pumps was leaking and now I'm waiting for a replacement. The spa is semi-In ground with pavers surrounding it 14 feet long by 7.5 feet wide. It's not something that I can easily return but if things like this keep happening my yard will once again be ripped up and I will return it!

Our similar inground 14 kept shutting down with it indicating that heater unit is dry (no water). I turned breaker off and back on several times to reset tub.

It would work for a few hours then shut down. I called dealer and set up a service appointment for “by 9am” the next day. At 11 o’clock still no service person and no calls to update me why they haven’t come. I called and talked to service manager.

He said repairman was stuck in traffic. I looked on Ways App and saw no delays. I let him know how disappointed I was to have waited for 3 hours and haven’t been contacted about nature of delay. He said “do you want me to call you every 20 minutes?

I said absolutely. Terrible customer relations!! Service tech finally arrives. Restarts tub.

It runs for20 min then shuts down again. He says the problem is the circulation filter for the heater is “too dense” and I need to go and purchase a larger filter for the heater pump. Really! The dealer knows this filter is too dense?!

Why don’t they switch out the filter before they deliver the tub. It would have saved all of us a lot of agrivation

I have just started having the dry heater message and have shut down the system. Please help point me in the direction of the larger heater pump filter and whether that worked for you.
