My id is not being accepted
Despite sending multiple forms of ID and proof of my address, it is not being accepted. Now, I have received an email stating the money will never be sent to me.
- Its useful for cheap ticket to events
- Are bastards that wont actually have a person talk to you to fix a problem

Not worth pursuing. The website for Ticket Swap was ambiguous and if they don't want to respond I don't need to use them. I mitigated fraud as part of my job and their lack of response just confirmed that they may not be a safe site
Trying to plan for purchase of tickets to Anne Frank House. Cant get past AI on Ticket Swap website.
1) How is it possible that a seller can have multiple i.e.
20 tickets to sell for a given day when the tickets from the site just opened up. 2) why does the available ticket date extend to the year 2030
Preferred solution: Information and clarification if I do end up purchasing through ticket swap want to be assured I am not being scammed

They have never given me back my money for my sold ticket and the customer service is very poor. It's impossible to reach them.
