I bought a ticket for the Pixies on the 10th at Campo Pequeno, Lisbon, and only received an invoice from Ticketline for 6.64 for operating costs. I didn't receive the ticket and I paid 49.59. Is this a scam or an error?

I asked for a refund 6 months ago. They approved it and said it would be effective in 5 days, and up to today, I haven't received anything.

I have just been ignored and scammed by you. Who else, apart from the police, can I turn to?

Payout paused with no reason given. On Ticketswap, when sold another ticket and had no issues, tried phoning this number but had no luck getting through!

Was trying to buy a ticket and never received it and was charged twice. There is not customer service for this specific issue.

The chat only works for certain issues that not includes mine but when you already received the ticket which is not mi case. There should be a customer service phone number for wrong charges.

I sold tickets over 2 weeks ago and it says the status is paused , I am hoping to receive my money soon if possible as the buyer has used the tickets weeks ago.

If you need concrete help some stupid chatbot pop up and gives you answer to the question you didn't ask. The real problem (e.g.

problem with posting tickets you wanna sell) couldn't be sold out directly..

There is no one on line who could give you concretely answer on your question and explain you what you have to do. It sucks !!!

I have filed a complaint and got no response so far. I have been scammed out of my money and had to pay for two tickets

I bought one ticket. When I got to the door of the event, I was denied entry and they told me it was a fake ticket.

I have an issue with uploading my address confirmation, even though the photo is in the right requested format. Please advise me on how to proceed as I need to attain my money.

Basicly I sold two tickets on some event on 14th of Ferbuary and TicketSwap didn't pay me for it and they put the payout "on hold"

In this state it was for almost a month and I wrote several "tickets" about it on their support (It is AI bot basicly...)

I tried to call them but there was also bot so that was useless.

After 5 days actual human responded to my ticket and said they send those two payouts today... what a coincidance.

Overall I didn't have any problems with TicketSwap before but after this expirience I don't think I will ever use it again.

Bought a cancelled ticket for an event couldnt get into the event dont buy tickets youll get scammed!

I went to the event and scanned the ticket I had bought, but it said it was cancelled. As a result, I couldn't get into the event and was left on my own while all my friends went in. I would like a refund and to raise a complaint.

The ticket I bought was cancelled, fuming. This is an absolute scam.

Give me a refund right now.

It's disgusting. I had to go home on my own.
