- There were no replies from website chat, WhatsApp, or Instagram.
Despite uploading the proper address verification docs multiple times (multiple documents) both via the website and the app, nothing has been saved/updated/verified, and my $400 payout has not been sent. The only contact is the website chat, which says they are looking into it, but no one has gotten back to me.
I also tried reaching them via WhatsApp message and Instagram message - no response to those either. Unbelievably terrible system and customer service. Never use TicketSwap!
They are not reputable or accountable to their users. They can apparently keep everyone's money, and there is no way to reach them.
