My debit card was charged TWICE to purchase tickets in South Windsor, CT, for the same amount! 1 Charge had been reversed. I reported the other to my bank! I deal with fraud through my bank, not some jankety ticket broker!

Changed me double and thought I was getting seats on the floor to a concert and ended up not having seats at all, total scam.

Wrong Person and Lost $550.00
On May 30, 2017 A place called TicketW.com and their website is orders@***.com charged my bank $550.00 I think because I can't find the total now but it was at least $550.50 or more Order# 2380****. I have never even heard of this Ticket place before in my life. I always use Ticket Master. At this time my sister was in Lubbock, Texas in ICU and had a heart attack and there is no way I would had purchased them anyway. The concert was in Albuquerque, New Mexico and on June 2, 2017 I logged on my Bank Account and saw the charge and called their phone number at 1-86*-856-**** or 1-86*-237-**** and spoke to an employee and the phone conversation was recorded and while the employee had me one the phone she checked The IP Address to see who ordered the concert tickets and confirmed it was not me because the tickets were bought from a IP Address from a personal computer from Albuquerque, New Mexico and an address from there and told me I would receive a full refund. I still to this day have not received a refund yet. I lost my sister and after that I had a really rough time and took in 2 of her grandkids then had to have a bad back surgery called The Medtronic which is my 5th back surgery, I suffer from MS, I have had 2 brain aneurysms and had brain surgery, I just found out in February 2018 I have a lesion on my brain, I have severe depression so I really need your help in my refund now! If I need to send my medical records I can do that. Thank you! God Bless You! Danetta Wesley

This is the second legit review site I have checked -- last one was the Better Business Bureau -- and oh wow, have had a similar experience, and I'm so glad that I went ahead and reported these jerks to my credit card company! They did NOT have the tickets I purchased by their own stated date of May 5, and today is the day of the performance.
They claimed that it was the theatre's fault because the theatre had a policy that didn't allow them to send tickets until the day of the even, which is b.s. because I was standing next to the ticket counter clerk at the theatre/venue and she laughed and said "no way." Anyway, these are some sneaky scammers just barely staying legal with their scammy ways and I am also going to email the theatre board to make them aware of this, thank you!
