- Refund of $224.47 went to the company's card; I got an email coupon; they charged $30 to chat, and customer service hangs up.
THIS BOGUS, 3RD PARTY, TICKET RESALE COMPANY, BY LAW IS TO RETURN MONEY TO THE CC THE TICKETS WERE PURCHASED ON. WHAT THEY DID WAS TAKE MY ORDER (I USED MY CARD).
THEN THEY BOUGHT THEM WITH THEIR CARD. SO MY 224.47$ WAS REFUNDED TO THEIR CARD AND I GOT A *** EMAIL COUPON. DONT GO NEAR THIS COMPANY THEY ARE BOGUS AS *** CUSTOMER SERVICE HANGS UP ON YOU. OH AND THEY CHARGED MY CARD 30$ TO CHAT WITH SOMEONE WHO ANSWERED ZERO QUESTIONS.

Think I should get my Refund
- Hillsong May 2020 tickets moved to Aug at Fiddlers Green and canceled.
- April email offered refund; I missed due to surgeries and immune disorder.
I bought 4 tickets to Hillsong in May 2020 and covid happened and it was moved to Fiddlers green in August of 2020. And it was canceled in April they sent me an email the end of April and told me in order to get a full refund I had 6 days to respond.
But I didn't know about the email until middle of May due to the fact I had major neck surgery on April 26th and major back surgery on April 28th I got out of hospital on April 30th. I was bed ridden and on pain meds. Then May 3rd my sister passed away of covid. And May 6th I ended up back in the hospital with sepsis and blood clot.
Then I had to plan a funeral when I got out so I didn't have time to read my emails.
Now I have been diagnosed with immune disorder and can't go to concerts so they want to give me a credit for tickets that I can't use. I feel I'm entitled to refund.emails.

I purchased 4 tickets In the amount of $518.00, for a concert on 4/22/2020, which didnt happen due to COVID-19. I had been trying to reach customer service, but was never able to reach anyone.
Yesterday 8/11/2020, I received an email saying due to event cancelling they would issue a voucher for any future event/concert. This is unacceptable I no intentions on attending any social gathering event anytime in the future. I have not seen any policy on cancellations as it pertains to COVID-19.
I should be given the choice to make that decision. Today I have spent 2 hours trying to reach someone.
