Dear Account Manager,
Due to on expected emergency situation regarding my husband health, we are unable to travel from Mexico to NYC to attend the show.
We were already close to embarking the plane when my husband did not field well. He was checked out by airline doctors where he noticed some medical condition regarding his ears, and immediately he prohibited boarding the plane.
Attached you will find proper documentation regarding this issue.
We really appreciate your help in issuing us proper credit to the credit card that we used.
We tried to contact you several times and never got a return call.

My name is Tatiana Pollard. Respectfully, Ive worked in customer service for about 10 years and never treated nor dealt with the level of disrespect that I dealt with today.
I tried to get a full refund due to personal family last-minute conflict that came up due my sister having to work and instead of my sister for me to have to take care of my grandmother being ill (sick). I explained that I was no longer going to be able to make the event that has not even occurred yet. The event is on December 2 two weeks from now for the DaBaby at Westchester County Center which is why I was trying to cancel ahead of time. I was told that I needed to provide documentation along with submitting a claim to show proof of my grandmother being sick.
Respectfully, this is unacceptable and disrespectful for me to have to share my personal information in order for me to even be fully refunded. I was given the run around and going in circles back and forth on phones calls between ticket masters customer service and and the insurance protection company Allianz Global Assistance as to who could help with me this situation which was not AT ALL helpful. In addition, I was hung up on twice too which is rude.
Some of the representatives that I spoke to were disrespectful and acted as though they didnt care to even help me. Respectfully, I will not be using ticket master again and will be canceling my account since this is the type of customer service that is received when dealing with issues like this.

I bought a ticket for that Les Zepplin show on November 11, 2023 in Reading Pennsylvania from Ticketmaster for $66 and the show was canceled and I cannot get my money back to Ticketmaster. They tried to scam me, I know that because I went to my bank and told the lady with the representative was trying to get me to do which way to go to the store And buy a gift card for $400 and if the lady asked me what it was for he told me to tell her that it was personal English but I did not do that because I only have a refund of $66 so I stopped at the bank and I told the lady what was going on and she told me not to do that that it was fraud And for somebody from Ticketmaster my order number is 731 ****/PHI I bought a ticket on seven 2023 on the visa card last four numbers ending in 8047 for $66 orchestra section C row a seat 106. My phone number is 717-953-**** and I would appreciate a call back so we can get this problem situated and give me my money back to me the visa card ending in 8047 was closed due to fraud and I have a new number so if you call me Id like to get this straightened out

Please be informed that cancellation of order means that we'll have to issue the money you paid back to the original method of payment used at time of purchase. Hence, a refund will have to be processed once we cancelled the order.
However, the Event Organizer isn't authorizing us to issue refunds for this event.
All sales are final as stated in our Terms of Use agreed to when purchasing the tickets.

My inquiry isnt about getting a refund for me not being able to attend . Its due to being purchased at a different state , one where I do not live . Im asking for a cancellation or some sort of void since its still within 24 hours of purchase , this is something Ive told previous customer service reps since this morning.

I see that you've purchased an event for incorrect state and we are sad to hear about the situation.
I've checked and your event is still happening and the Event Organizer isn't authorizing refunds.
However, I see that the option to transfer your tickets is available. If you'd rather do that, select Transfer Tickets and follow the steps.

I recently contacted customer service regarding a cancellation for this event , it was purchased for the incorrect state .
The event I want to assist is here in Boston, MA not Rhode Island , it has not been 24 hours and I am being refused a refund. I do not live close Rhode Island nor do I have the transportation for Rhode Island , all I am asking for is a cancellation due to the event is in a couple of weeks from now and it is being done in a proper time frame for cancellation .

Ticketmaster is an evil monster!
yesterday and the day before.
I purchased tickets for Death Cab For Cutie the day they went on sale months ago thinking the show wasn't until
April. I caught the email reminder five days ago...and listed the tickets since didn't get out of work until 6:00 yesterday and have to travel 90-minutes to get to Hard Rock in Orlando.
It turns out these evil nincompoops have been playing games with my accountlong storybut short end the tickets weren't even listed due to tax BS and updated payment info (which is ridiculous considering they already had this information, as I've sold tickets three times in the past with no issues)...and on top of this I was nearly locked out of my account and had to reset my password countless times!
I would like to also mention I tried various methods between two phones...a laptop...and home computer...and any attempt to reach a live person is
IMPOSSIBLE!
I miss the days when Ticketmaster wasn't this SINISTER MONEY MAKING MONSTER it has become!
The days when bots didn't eat up all the good tickets to sell for asinine prices!
The days when true fans stood in line..,sometimes overnightand got the tickets they deserved!
How did we collectively allow this to happen?!! And why aren't the artists and and musicians doing anything about this?!!!
Well...other than Pearl Jam's attempt way back when, that is..
