Please Please Stay away from these guys. I paid $540 for two tickets for a Kevin hurt show, three weeks later I received my tickets. What they did, they bought $58 tickets from ticket master and sent them to me. Save your money and time and stay away from this website. {{Redacted}}

TicketMagic.ca sold me the wrong tickets
I asked the ticketmagic.ca agent for wheelchair accessible tickets for the Pink concert at the ACC in March. I said it three times and the agent said they where absolutely accessible seats but when I got the confirmation email, I checked the seat location I saw they were not wheelchair tickets and called to complain. But, by that time all wheelchair tickets were sold out so my daughter will now not be going to see the Pink concert at the ACC. TicketMagic told me they would refund the purchase but that would take three days. The guy I complained to (good guy) said that he knows which agent did that to me and he apologized again and again.

Bruno Mars Tickets - Denver Co
I purchased tickets for a Bruno Mars concert in Denver. I currently live in Ohio. I bought my tickets through ticket.magic.com. Because I live in Ohio, I had to purchase plane tickets for myself and my husband, we also purchased a hotel. We had other expenses, all totally close to $1,000. We arrive at Denver and we find out from the front desk clerk that the concert has been cancelled. We checked our email and we had NOT received any notification from ticket magic or anyone!!! A week or so later Bruno announces he's rescheduling the concert, but no date at this time. I called for a refund and ticket magic says as long as he has a reschedule "on file" we are stuck with the tickets, even if he doesn't reschedule for years from now. They had no explanation as to why we didn't receive any notification. I DO NOT want to spend any additional funds to fly back to Denver, purchase another hotel or incur any additional fees for this concert. I think it's messed up that your money is HELD HOSTAGE and you can't get it back until the performer makes an official "cancellation" statement. There's no reschedule date, nothing. I would NOT recommend anyone use this ticketing service. Go to a reputable vendor like Ticket Master, where you have more flexibility in getting your money back when performers decide they have over extended themselves and can't perform at the one concert you spend close to $3,000 dollars to attend. DO NOT USE Ticket.Magic.com or Ticket Gallery as it's known.
