Charged double the amount of the ticket
I purchased a concert ticket for $45. Gave my credit card number.
Two weeks later for a confirmation that they charged me $85.
They did the same to my friend. Scam!!!

Ticketfly aint so fly...
- - Ticketfly released COMP tickets by mistake, confirmed the order, then canceled them.
- - Staff were rude; the reviewer warns others to avoid Ticketfly.
On January 18th, Ticketfly mistakenly released COMP tickets to me and I ordered them. I even received an order confirmation.
Days later, I receive an email that they mistakenly posted the tickets and they were canceling my order and invalidating my tickets. I was not happy and contacted customer service to find out what was what. They admitted their mistake, but said I was "welcome" to purchase the tickets from them. Wha??
It was clear to me that they could have cared less about rectifying this mistake. I spoke with "Gene", the supervisor and he was even more rude and condescending than the first representative I spoke with. I have read up on them while posting my own complaint, and they have made LOTS of errors with customers and have given them the same treatment. There are too many other sites vying for our dollars - these guys make mistakes and don't care and they treat you like *** on top of it.
Do not risk it with this one. Fly far, far away from Ticketfly.
