I received an email from Ticket Luck advising that the Brandie Carlysle concert in Long Beach has been canceled. Respond to this email to request a refund or a voucher.
The next day, before I got the chance to ask for a refund, another email arrived replying to my request, which was nonexistent, for a voucher and here's the code. Upon closer look, in small print on the first email was a disclaimer giving me 12 hours to reply or else I'd get a voucher. Is this legal? Can the absence of a reply be used to steal my money?
$246.00 is a lot of money and I will not sit by idly and tolerate this trickery. Any legal advice out there would be appreciated.
Preferred solution: Full refund

TICKET LUCK IS A SCAM - BEWARE THIS CROOK
**** Follow Up ****
Ticket Luck is a Scam, and their customer service stinks. I have tried several times to resolve my issues with this business and they simple tell me there is nothing that they can do.
The mystery charges are how they operate. BEWARE THIS CROOK.
Ticket Luck is a bait and switch ticket scam. Do not give these people your credit card number.
Their price claims are a complete lie that you do not realize until the bill arrives. With the added service fees, and the handling fees the tickets end up being more expensive than face value. Save yourself the headache of dealing with a crook and just contact the event site directly. Ticket Luck is a complete scam, and their custome service is a joke.
No customer service supervisors are ever available and the people that do answer the phone are rude.
Beware this crook.
Ticketluck.com is a CHEAT!!!!
I bought tickets to Wicked in Salt Lake City and got charged a $40 per picket fee which I didn't realize until the order was processed. I think that they are totally misleading and work to cheat their customers.
I feel that I have been totally violated. My advice is: DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!
I want all to know that this company cannot be trusted and you need to read the fine print but it is so misleading that this it is designed to cheat and then have you figure it out later. I don't want others to fall into the same trap that I did!
Ticketluck ripoff
I bought tickets to a show a couple of months in advance hoping to get a good price. I found Ticketluck selling tickets for what turned out to be a total of $124.00 each [$99 plus some *** fee of about $25 per ticket]
These tickets were about in the middle of their price range. At that time I thought that was the going rate for each ticket. Now that the show is in town, I see their advertised price range is $32 to $67 per ticket. So paid $124 for a ticket that looks to be worth less than $50.
Don't buy anything from these jerks...they are just another scam. Ya can't trust anyone anymore.

TicketLuck.com Takes Advantage of Consumers
Ticket Luck is one of the biggest online ticket scams out there. This site has ripped of consumers multiple times.
They work like ebay where individuals are supplying the tickets but in multiple instances the tickets are jacked up 300% over fair market value and individuals get pulled in by the ticket luck promo code before they realize they're being taken advantage of. In several instances, individuals have claimed they never receive tickets from these third party vendors.
Ticket luck and the vendors are left pointing fingers at each other. It's the legal version of scalping but is completely unethical.
Bottom line: DO NOT use Ticket Luck (http://www.TicketLuck.com)
