The concert was canceled and never received a refund from Ticket Galaxy
Was charged for 2 concert tickets from Ticket Galaxy and the concert was canceled due to a sickness from the performer and we never were refunded the amount for the tickets and it was not rescheduled either. I called and they said its the event holder was to credit us and we never got credit for either event holder or Ticket Galaxy. We were out $287.50 for the concert tickets and was never refunded by anyone. Do not use Ticket Galaxy because they do not make good of what they sell or tell you either. All I wanted is to be credited on my credit card.

Burned By Ticket Galaxy
Purchased Tickets from Ticket Galaxy 6 months ago for radiohead at the shrine. They call me a month later and say they are moving me back 20 rows. They called me two days before the show after all tickets are sold out and say they cant deliver. They took the order with a guarantee and then didn't deliver on there promise. Not only did they not deliver but they waited until all other ticket options were gone before notifying me. You cant not trust ticket galaxy, If they have don't this to me you are risking them doing the same to you. Good Luck

Change My Seats to Worse, Less Value Seats
I ordered tickets well in advance for Cirque du Soleil. I paid extra for lower, center stage tickets. As the event neared, I began receiving emails and calls from Ticket Galaxy regarding my tickets, but they would never explain why. I assumed they were attempting to up-sell me, so I ignored the calls. After about a dozen calls and a half dozen emails, I figured I should call back just in case. Once I did, I was informed that the tickets I purchased a few months back were no longer available. I was forced to either accept my new tickets or ask for a refund, as I was told that once I acknowledge my new tickets I would not be able to get a refund. I was at an airport terminal and didn't have a seating chart in front of me, so I had to rely on the rep who insisted that my new tickets were comparable and even better than original. After looking at a seating chart I realize now that the tickets are entire section up and literally 90 degrees from the stage. I looked online and also found that these tickets were nearly half the price as what I paid. I called Ticket Galaxy to give them an opportunity to make things right and I was told, "Sir, if you didn't agree with the tickets you should not have accepted them." Do they assume that people carry around a seating chart with them? Do they assume that I will just get my refund and revoke my 10 year old nieces' Christmas present because of their *** poor process? I WILL NEVER ORDER TICKETS FROM THIS VENDOR AGAIN.

I got my tickets,they came from Ticket master. Price on the ticket says $90,Ticket Galaxy charged $113 ,plus a $7.50 e-fee and a $26 service fee for each tickets (2) .
They did offer to refund me $5.
Big deal. They have been ripping people off since 1990,I'm sure they are proud of how they make a living.

Was looking for pre sale tickets for Joe Bonammassa tickets for a May 7 event. Found Ticket Galaxy on internet. When looking at the seating chart for the event ,the best seats and the worst seat sections where highlighted. I selected the good section ,where I have sat before, and bought them. This was 8pm at niteI called them at 9am the next morning. I asked for my seat number and was told they hadn't got the yet. I was bewildered as to why they took my $but had no seat , they where persale, right. Was told they hadn't bought them yet from the vendor. Shocked. I asked for my money back. She said no refund, all sales are final. I told her she hadn't sold me anything yet. She said call back later that day..When I call back she said my seats are in section j ,way up high, not section p ,which I had clicked on, . I again ask for a refund and again denied. The way they display the seating chart, good sections and woest section highlighted are all selling the cheapest seat no matter which section you click on.I just want a refund and nothing to do with these people. Thanks.

Ticket Galaxy is a rip off $83 for each $30 ticket for Sully Erna at Hampton Beach Casino, $24.50 fee each ticket, $7.50 e ticket fee and the venue charges you $1-$3. After that you usually have to pay ridiculous parking fees, when I went to see Gun N Roses at Foxborough, Mass parking was $40. More regulation are needed on these bastards!
I got charged $91 for $36 tickets. When I complained, they said they charge the market value for the seats at the time of purchase.
I checked Iowa Events centers to see if tickets were selling out. There are still plenty of seats in the $46 section on the day of the concert.
Do buy from Ticket Gallaxy. Rip off!!!
They sucks. Now I see that they are using Ticket Galaxy as a prize on The Price is Right.
I sent them an email and told them what happened to me. Have not heard back from the Price is right tet.
