I recently purchased tickets to Tom Petty. Great section 113, Row 2 for my anniversary, cheaper then I could find anywhere. Once I received my email confirmation the section had changed to section 213. I called one minute after clicking on the link and they said (all sales are final). So I have paid $650 for the pair. I told them that I would be willing to purchase the seats that I wanted because I would not have paid 5 bucks for the seats that I got. They said all sales are final but would be willing to buy my tickets back at a discounted price of course. I hope no one uses this company!!!!

Overcharged for simple service
I used TicketChest today to purchase tickets to a concert. I noticed they had great seats that I couldn't find anywhere else and was thrilled because this was a gift for my husband's birthday. As it turns out, TicketChest isn't a legitimate and upstanding company with several other bad reviews posted online. Do not use TicketChest for any tickets to any events. They overcharge for face value, fake seats, and even charge a $7.50 fee for sending you an email confirmation. Beyond that, the people who run the company are dismissive, rude, and incompetent. Just use TicketMaster instead - and go wtih someone who is actually trustworthy.

We have no record of this order, and haven't sold 3 tickets for any of the Burno Mars shows this year. It's one thing to post a review of your experience with a company, but another to make these claims toward the wrong company. We sell tickets to a variety of events on the secondary market and prices can be above or below face value.
