OVERPRICED

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
I purchased Nathaniel Rateliff tickets through them. The total came to $334. I have used Ticket Master in the past and thought this company worked the same way. IT DOES NOT! Actual tickets cost $52 a piece so I played over $200 more for tickets that I can't get refunded. Lesson learned. I will NEVER use them again and am leaving a terrible review on every webpage I can.

Same just happened to me. I purchased tickets for a Blippi show and it came out to $490.

A friend told me that over paid so I checked with Ticketmaster which, in the same section/row for the same number of tickets, came out to $194. Nearly $300 difference… I am upset to say the least.

same for me, the tickets were 50 dollars and they sell it in 106 each one, is a thief but anybody do anything, the only answer is we don't make any cancellation or reimbursement, is terrible!!! it's a theft in your face and anybody can do something. only learn and never buy again

REFUND

I purchased tickets from Tickets Center in February, but due to current Covid 19, they refuse to honor their guarantee refund on cancelled events. They've offered a credit (expires in 18 months) instead, which is unacceptable. The venue refunded people, as did other reputable ticket brokers. Their website STILL states they offer 100% money-back guarantee. TOTALLY FALSE ADVERTISING!

They are horrible!

Concert cancelled and won't reimburse me. They only want to give credit to a different venue which I have no interest in.

Got me too. So I got a lawyer. See Internet Referral Services, LLC

If you bought those tix off of the Marlins website you really should detail what happened and send it to the Marlins. A good way of doing this is to look up the teams owner/top management.

I would copy your letter with details and send it to each and every member of management and send to each via separate envelopes. The Marlins would not be a baseball team without their most valuable asset.. YOU the dedicated fan!! They do not want any company defrauding their fans!!

Please keep me posted! Good luck!

Khadeejah Ecg

You are one of many. They did the same thing to me...

saying the exact same thing. I had my visa reverse the charge only to have ticket center tell them they refunded me. I am like a rabid dog on a piece of raw meat. I will not stop.

This is going to on television as a investigative reporter is doing a story on my situation with ticket center. This is just wrong to do this to people. And if I don't get my money back after its on tv I will file in small claims court. I am at the point I would pay $500 to get back less than $100.

Its not about the money anymore.

And I have nothing but time being retired to continue on. Please file with your states attorneys office.

I sure will. I had video interview 2 days ago.

Investigative reporter has all the info. If you look on the Better Business Bureau website you will see Ticket-Center has nearly 1600 complaints in last 12 months. Thy are out of Delaware so I am writing the Delaware Attorney General, not sure how they allow this to happen. I bought my tix on the MLB baseball teams web sight.

They will be contacted also...

you may be able to contact the owner of the web sight you bought them from. This baseball team will not be happy ticket-center is robbing to their fans.

If you used a credit card you should be protected as you did not receive goods/services as stated in the sale. My Visa did not back me...

I filed formal complaint to Federal Reserve. The Federal Reserve has contacted me and being that my Visa provider is FDIC insured the Federal Reserve filed complaint with the FTC.. Federal Trade Commission on my behalf. I told ticket center I will NOT stop until I get my money...

or they see my name in the obituaries. If I can help you please let me know.

I fire from every direction I can think of and then some. With ticket center racking up 1600 complaints in 12 months this has to be a class action lawsuit waiting to happen.

I filed a complaint with paypal and they sided with Ticket-center. Now, I am going after both of them.

Hindy Yzi

lost $1700 + on Andrea Bocelli tickets (4 tix). I too had an email stating full refund and NOW credit.

I'm upset by the misrepresentation. With concerts not happening anytime soon, I would love to know when and how I am supposed to use this amount of money-With so many jobs being lost this could help. With so many bail outs I am sure they can afford to give back money.

Is this legal to change a policy after stating that refunds would be given to you. WHAT DO WE DO NOW?

Ignorance is Bliss

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
I bought 2 tix for Post Malone Concert that was cancelled due to COVID. That concert was cancelled a few days before the 3/17 concert date. Since then, Ticket Center has refused to acknowledge the concert was "cancelled" and repeatedly say it was only postponed. This is ridiculous since there are no concerts being allowed in CA until, at least, 2021. All concerts were cancelled. Then Ticket Center said, even if it were cancelled, too bad because we will only give you credit for the future even though there is no future in sight for concerts! I will never use this company again!

Not being reimbursed in full for a show cancelled

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
Believe it or not folks Ticket.com Finally have me back my $178.95. It took from March 13,2020 until June 29,2020. I filed a complaint with BBB of Delaware and also wrote the company a final email telling them once again I had proof they were to give me my money back and I would file a small claims against them. I got notice that they would return my money and it did go back to my account yesterday.

No Refund

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
This is a *** Ponzi scheme at best. I too am a victim. Its clear though now. They get discount tickets in bulk Which they can charge more for, And charge fees as well for purchases/processing etc. These profits are then used to pay execs and workers commissions. They cant pay back the ticket price and fees and only hope more people buy tickets in the future to fund the so called credits for cancelled events. Digest what Im saying here....This scheme works perfectly until a pandemic happens like it did. However, the money was spent already and the only victims are us the people who bought into the events. This has class action lawsuit written all over it. The money simply isnt there people......read this again so it soaks in. This was a Ponzi scheme that generally wouldnt go backwards. However when companies get greedy and pay too much out this is the result. And its shameful!
