Because tiktok is not letting me recharge my Tick Tock points why I have no idea I got money so why would it not let me recharge

I just want to recharge so I can get on Tick Tock and they can't even help me with that I was just want to recharge my account with coins that's all I want and nobody has told me nothing I need an answer or unblock me so I've been messaging you for almost 3 days and I still can't charge my account that's ridiculous I can charge my account that's all I want so please help me
