Complaint regarding strap
- - The strap pins are too short, making the watch come loose and fall, damaging the outer rim, and Amazon advised a replacement with no reply yet.
The pin at the ends of the strap are too short resulting in the watch coming loose whilst I'm wearing it and falling in the floor which has resulted in damage to the outer rim. Amazon customer service advised I should contact them regarding a replacement.
It's been 4 days and I've heard nothing back.
Preferred solution: Full refund
