Stay away from them

I had been a customer of EverBank for 10 years and when TIAA bought them out, 2 years. Their website and IT Department now is 3rd rate and very poor customer service. For over 5 days I have not been able to get on their website to perform any banking. It took me 3 days to have someone form IT to contact me. Problem is still unresolved. I deal with 4 other institutions and have no problem dealing with them. Therefore I am 99% sure it is not my computer but is on their side. Closing out my accounts with them today and running as fast as I can to a good Bank. They have lost site of the number 1 rule of Business...Customers and Customer Service

Same experience here. TIAA is way worse compared to Everbank
