Terrible Service Villiages fl

They have one worker for the villiages area atleast thats what he said and he does not know what he is doing. The elevator has broken 6times in the past 2 months the guy that comes out is very much rude he does not communicate well. My job has had a contract with this company that is not affordable to break so we are pretty much stuck with them. MY HR director has contacted them for the past week and still no answer or responds i am at a ALF for elderly this issue has put a big load on my work load and my residents. my recommendation is too not sign any contract with this company and never count on them to fall through with there very own work load

WORST COMPANY I'VE USED

I've been in the property management field for 8 years & this company is by far the worst company I've ever used. Not only in elevator service but in everything! Every time I've called I get the run around. Sometimes I think they are pranking me on how ridiculous things get! Takes up to 2 weeks to get an update!!!! I call about 7 to 20 times to try to get an update!!!! So frustrating because my property is a senior community & we need our elevators working. I've had to call the Fire Dept. to get our residents up to their units for 2 days and they keep pushing for more time every time I speak with them. I don't know what is going on in the company or if its just my region but I want to cry every time I attempt to reach someone for there for help. Sometimes they show up unannounced and unprepared. One of the techs said it was the worst company he's ever worked for too.

Mrs. U

VERY UNHAPPY

WE HAVE BEEN WAITING OVER A WEEK AND A HALF FOR A PART FOR THE ONLY ELEVATOR IN THIS LITTLE 3 STORY BUILDING. LOTS OF ELDERLY PATIENTS AND OTHER PATIENTS ETC. THAT HAD TO BE RE SCHEDULED. PROMISES, PROMISES AND NO SHOW AFTER NO SHOW. TODAY IS SUPPOSE TO BE THE DAY. I CALLED TO CONFIRM THAT A TECH WOULD BE OUT TODAY AND WHEN I ASKED FOR A WINDOW THAT THEY MIGHT BE HERE I WAS TOLD THEY COULDN'T GIVE ME ONE. I GUESS THYSSENKRUPP TECHS ARE THE ONLY PEOPLE WHO CAN WORK ON THESE ELEVATORS. THIS IS VERY FRUSTRATING AND DISRUPTIVE TO THE WORK DAY. IF THERE ARE ANY THOUGHTS OR SUGGESTIONS OUT THERE PLEASE LET US KNOW.

Short Review on January&nbs-05:00;23,&nbs-05:00;2017

Whoever did the programming for the elevators did a very bad job or really loves to waste people's time. Out of the 5 elevators working, why do I need to wait for the one that is second closest to get me when there's one closer and on standby? There are also constant maintenance problems.

Thyssenkrupp UK

I was given appalling advice by the Manchester UK branch of Thyssenkrupp when I asked for a tchnician to fix the lift. They charged me over £300 for one visit, the lift broke again within 6 weeks and they refused to come out again saying 'it was too far to travel'. The woman I spoke to, Sharon Nelson, was rude, unhelpful and gave misleading legal advice regarding the maintenance of lifts. I found another company, Lancashire and Cumbria Lifts, a similar distance away who charge £65 per visit, friendly and helpful. I wish I hadn't bought this extremely expensive product in the first place and would advise anyone who is looking for a decent quality lift (and subsequent maintenance). look elsewhere.

Yes with Tony Bachuwa! Thought your company hired family men... Apparently not! Well its great he's so good at his job and shares it with other people.. As his daughters suffer and the family that takes care of them has to in so many ways.. Hmm ask Kim Gaw and friends... Yes he used my family my mother father ( who passed three days before I was served with awful divorce papers in front of my 8 year old child) yet I try to pull him out of his yuck for his daughters sake... But guess they should just learn how to fend for them selves.. How he learned... Oh and to use and lie whenever opportunity arises

Thyssenkrupp Elevator Review from Springfield, Missouri

Call in as potential buyer for the thyssenkrupp in madison heights and the gentlemen by the name of joseph stated that we do not provide services for small time distrubution. He was very rude in very disrespecful the way he delivered the message. I ask the gentleman can I speak to the supervisor, the gentleman quickly responds to say that he was busy. I told the gentleman that this is fine I would like to leave a message. The gentleman never once check to see or ask for my information. I then proceeded to ask the employee for his last name he would not provide that information and provided a chuckle at the end. I have never been treat in such an unprofessional way. After I was hung up on I call back a few times I was able to obtained the gentleman last name which was Thomas. Sincerly, an angry consumer (Paul). P.s. even if this was true no sales representative should be rude when dealing with the public.
