It seems non existent! I cannot reach them by phone or email.
I received a product from THX too late and wish to return the product but cannot get an authorization for the return.

After I came back, I checked with our apartment manager, and the package was not delivered to my address. Now I just moved to Hawaii; I am wondering if you can mail the package to my current address since I haven't received the package.

I have not received a return label that covers the cost to return

They to not respond by email and have no phone number that isnt out of service to reach them. This is a fraudulent company
