Will NOT RESPOND To Emails!!

So I signed up for the "Singles Survival Kit" and decided I didn't want the kit after I signed up. I have reached out via email to cancel the survival kit several times but HAVE NEVER GOTTEN AN ANSWER.
I want to cancel the kit. That's a simple request, yet it continues to go unanswered.
I signed up back in SEPTEMBER 2025, and it's now NOVEMBER and NO RESPONSE. I misunderstood what Thursday was so that part is on me, but the rest is on them.

I just have a question. I live in Melbourne, Australia,and would love to attend the singles events for age bracket 25-35.
However I'm a 37yo woman and I'm wondering if I could attend the events for 25-35? Well I can only advocate for myself, most people guess that I'm in my early 30s!! (Thanks to Botox ;) Also I'm just more into younger guys ! Do you allow me to attend events for under 35s ?
