Lousy customer service
At first when I'd dial 888-893-****, I reached a recording telling me I would receive a reply within 48 hours, no reply. I have also sent three emails, also no reply.
Today at 2:30 pm on Monday July 8th, the message says that you are closed for the holiday. Call back on the next business day!

Poor product and return service
- - Vest and collar clip didn't work.
- - Could not reach support by phone or email; would not recommend.

Purchased the vest and collar clip. Did not work at all.
Tried calling number of times and emailed but of course not available. After 2 weeks, finally able to speak with someone.
I had to pay for the return shipping then had to call them after they received for return and did not credit my account for them to finally credit my account. Would not recommend at all.
The thunder shirt wears out quickly
- - They ask if the Thunder Shirt should not be washed.
