Poor product and return service

Purchased the vest and collar clip. Did not work at all. Tried calling number of times and emailed but of course not available. After 2 weeks, finally able to speak with someone. I had to pay for the return shipping then had to call them after they received for return and did not credit my account for them to finally credit my account. Would not recommend at all.

The thunder shirt wears out quickly

I would like to ask if you’re not supposed to wash the thunder shirt and why your Velcro doesn’t last long because this is the third thunder shirt do you to Velcro ripping and not sticking on lesson two months
