I am getting a weird hesitation on my throttle position when I try and hold a steady speed with my bike. I cant tell if this is a transmission issue or turner issue and I live in Arizona and am looking for a shop that Thundermax tunes. I think I have found one in Cavecreek and am taking the bike there in two weeks

Customer service has been a let down compared to what I really thought I would get. Or *** any anyone to respond at all multiple calls and email.

Nothing in return. My bike has been down all summer.

They didnt answer and hung up poor no phone calls and emails takes days poor poor bad bad $1200 bucks and no help

Answer the phone and let me talk to someone. The code on my BCM is 4000.

The code on my ECM is 00252001. This is a 2025 CVOST with your model number 309604. I bought it from A1 Cycles, and it says last time updated last September of 24.

I can't get my computer to get the latest firmware from you guys to try to update this thing and get my problems fixed. Help me.

Item was ordered and paid for. Received a confirmation of the order and absolutely nothing since. No one answered when I called and have not received any response to emails.

I have been trying to call for 2 weeks just to ask a question never no answer left messages also emailed with report and no return email

Get a different shipper. FedEx is engaged in retaliatory behavior because I gave them a 2 star review because I was at home waiting for the expensive package to be delivered and they still left it on the porch and did not even so much as knock on the door. Or at least require a signature at delivery.

Received the initial order just fine, but I needed some weld in bungs to complete the set up and charges appear on my bank statement yet the order was canceled by the shipper and now no one will answer the phone to tell me why!!

being able to speak with a live tech instead of emails would greatly improve your company...as much as these cost , you would think that some accessible tech support could be made available

I called thundermax about an issue with there ecm for a harley motorcycle. They have no one to talk too, everything is done by email.

With cost of their product you would think they would have someone to talk too. I will never buy their product, they'rer other products on the market that have 100 percent better customer support.

Had 128 big bore kit installed with thundermax tuner bike temperature is to high and bike is over heating. Purchased the oil cooling fan to see if this stops the over heating. Why does the tuner makes the bike over heat.?what can I do to prevent this overheating?
