Will not get back with me
- - Ready to buy a $3,000 mattress on sale and needs an answer.
- - Tried twice in 60 hours with no response.
I have a question I needed answered in order to spend $3000 with these folks. Have tried to contact them twice in the past 60 hours - last time I told them I'm ready to buy, I just need their answer, but no return call or email. I have a mattress on sale and I need their answer in order to know whether to buy -

But the product comes in four boxes. We received only three. Reputable companies fix such problems. Thuma has not responded to multiple emails.
They have no live help. We paid $2K but got ghosted. Some reviewers had good experiences - lucky them.
Many other reviews are like mine. Stay away.

I ordered two Thuma beds and nightstands 5 weeks ago. At the time of the order, it showed the beds were in stock and would be shipped within 3-5 days.
I received one bed in 10 days, and I still have yet to receive the Signature King bed. I've emailed their helpline 4 times now, and there’s been ZERO response.

I have bought a night stand and a bed frame!
I have received the night stand but not the bedfame! It says it's been delivered but I don't have the bed which I paid for over 2k! There is no telephone number to call and my email to the help desk has not been responded!
