ANIMAL CLINIC AND SURGERY OF THROGSNECK PC--OVERPRICED ANIMAL CLINIC!
- - Fees over $1,000; very expensive.
- - No estimate before charging.
- - They kept the pet longer to raise the bill and charged pickup/drop-off fees.
Their fees are extremely expensive. I was charged $1,000 plus, plus!!!
They really took advantage of me because they didn't even have the courtesy to first give me an estimate before sticking me with this huge bill. This highway robbery fee was only for one pet! They pushed me into an expensive credit account so that they could get all their money upfront. Then they kept making excuses to keep my pet longer to drive up the bill more.
In addition, they charged me a ridiculous fee for just picking up my pet and bringing him home. And they have the nerve to claim their services are affordable? They're full of baloney!
This animal clinic is not consumer friendly, especially during this tough economy these days when most people are out of work and can't afford such expensive services. I will not be back.

You should have ASKED for the estimate. ***.
They don't have to give you an estimate. They aren't an auto repair shop.
You could have gone around to different pet clinics and did a price comp. ***.
