I received an email from Amazon about how much of a valued customer I am and to pick my FREE GIFTS. That tells me that there should be no strings attached, so I chose these weight loss products, Keto with BHB ketones and Forskolin. I was never redirected to another website and I read nothing stating that this was a trial and that I would then when the 14 day trial ended I would be charged almost $100 per product, if I had seen anything like that I would have never accepted this FREE GIFT. Today, I see my account was cleaned out and in looking my statement over, I see charges that I NEVER agreed to. I called my bank and they gave me two phones numbers to call for this company. The first number I called I got someone who sounded foreign, and when I explained the situation and asked how I was getting my money back, he said they would not refund me a penny, and talked about how when I was on their website it is clearly stated about their NO REFUND policy. I tried explaining to no avail, that I was never on their website, I had never left the Amazon site, still he refused. I called my bank back and told them about the phone call and she told me they see this all the time with this company and that Thrive Society has a grimy way of covering their *** so that us consumers cannot get our money back. this was unacceptable to me, so I called the second number I was given. I managed to get this guy to say he could reimburse me 75% of my money, but that was it. He stated again about the terms being posted on THEIR website, and I reiterated I was NEVER on THEIR website, and that these were supposed to be FREE GIFTS. To which he replied, "think about it, who gets free things on the internet?" I don't know who the complaint should be against at this point, but seeing as how Thrive Society is the one who took my money, I am complaining about them. The product didn't even work and made me sick to my stomach! Oh, but I guess their reply to that is, "well you need to take it longer" BULLSHIT!!!!
